Why has this anti-aging eye ingredient got the whole beauty world buzzing?

Eyeliss™ is a blend of three biologically active ingredients: Hesperidin methyl chalcone that helps tighten blood vessels, Dipeptide-2 that boosts the flow of lymph (a fluid that helps remove waste from tissues) and a lipopeptide Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (Pal-GQPR) that makes the skin firmer and less puffy, soothes irritation and enhances firmness and elasticity.
