Drab, dry, post-summer skin in need of a pick-me-up? Hit refresh with this collagen-boosting smoothie that is not only rich in skin-loving nutrients, it’s also totally delicious (so it’s a treat for you as well as your skin).

Masterfully created by our Senior NPD Manager and supplements expert, Jenny Logan, this contains the delicious power duo of frozen mango and pineapple, meaning it not only tastes great, but packs a refreshing dose of Vitamin C and anti-inflammatories, too. Adding them to your morning Green Me Up™ can help to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and increase collagen production for firmer, more youthful-looking skin.

Along with the 33 superfoods provided by Green Me Up™ (think everything from Wheatgrass and Spirulina to Matcha and Prickly Pear along with an expert blend of Botanicals, Mushrooms, Beta Glucans and Microbiotics), you can easily increase the nutritional value of your smoothie by adding frozen fruits or vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 200ml (6.7 fl. oz) Apple Juice

  • 100ml (3.3 fl. oz) Water

  • 10 chunks (2.5 oz) Frozen Mango

  • 4 chunks (1.7 oz) Frozen Pineapple

  • 100g (3.5 oz) Coconut Yogurt
