How to use

‎Want gorgeous lips? Use this Long-wear, Wondergel Lip Liner to shape, define or fully fill them with colour. Lipstick or gloss can be layered on top. (The cap on this lip liner is placed on firmly to keep the gel-based formula airtight. To open, gently twist and pull the cap off slowly.) ‎ Gently sharpen with our makeup pencil sharpener to keep the tip precise.
