Press firmly twice on the dropper and gently sweep the serum over your clean face and neck each morning and evening. Follow with your favourite moisturizer and sunscreen (if A.M.). To use along with your ABC+SPF system. If you want to re-apply at night, you can.

Twist the neck of the capsules to open, then smooth directly onto clean skin. (Use one capsule for the face and another for the neck, décolleté and the back of your hands.) Morning and evening, apply a small amount with your ring finger to the entire eye contour, including the lid, then tap lightly into skin, moving from the inner to the outer corner.

Apply 1-3 pumps of oil - depending on hair length and thickness - onto damp, clean hair from mid-lengths to ends only. Then blow-dry and style as desired.

Place brush parallel to lashes and gently comb through from root to tip, building layer on layer. To remove, use warm water to gently break down the mascara.
Soul Providers™ Re-Energizing Dry Oil Sugar Scrub
Before showering or bathing: Use the wooden spoon to mix the scrub so the Precious Oils are evenly distributed. Massage a generous handful onto dry or very slightly damp skin. Use circular motions, allowing the scrub to melt and spread. When you have finished exfoliating, rinse with warm water and lightly pat skin dry (no moisturiser needed).
Use once or twice weekly for beautifully smooth and soft skin. (Be careful in the shower and bath as oils can make surfaces slippery!)
