The Benefits…
Omegas are our body’s Essential Fatty Acids and help keep our bodies running as they should1. They help to form the part of our cell membrane that keeps our cells together allowing them to be flexible and elastic. Omega 3s are great at supporting your brain, vision and heart health as well2,3,4.
We only use small oily fish that’s naturally high in the most healthful types of Omega 3, EPA and DHA3. We independently test every single batch we make with the International Fish Oil Standards. We used a special technology during our manufacturing process to ensure BiOmega 3 maintains the natural triglyceride form of Omega 3 fats – the form that Omega 3 fats are found in fish. Our softgels are pescatarian whereas many are made from bovine or pork gelatine.
These Omega 3 fats are also a great choice during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as they help the normal development of the brain and eye in the foetus and in breast fed infants5. Demand for Omega 3 in the third trimester is particular high, yet our expert nutritionist, Kay Ali, has observed that it is a commonly unsupported nutrient throughout this time.

“Amazing potency for the price! Brilliant strength of product. I’m currently going through fertility treatment and one of the supplements recommended to take is Omega 3 with strong amounts of both EPA and DHA. When I showed my fertility specialist the label, she said it was one of the highest-strength ones she’d seen on the market for that price! This told me everything I needed to know and will be buying it every month to help protect cells (and eggs!) from oxidative stress!“false,
