Now Hiring: Luxury Christmas Calendar Tester

Every year in the run-up to Christmas, many people get a festive calendar to count down the days to the main event.

And it’s not just chocolate behind those doors any more. Oh no. From high-end skincare treasure troves filled with Retinol and cleansers to premium jewellery calendars, they come in all shapes and sizes. Some offer a full, advent-worthy complement of 24 days of gifts; others - like our very own  Latest & Greatest kit - are supercharged with 12 days of luxury.

But with so many differing advent calendars to choose from, the question is: which makes you feel most festive? Or when that numbered door opens, has the best ability to make your day? To put it to the test, we want to hire our first-ever official festive calendar tester to trial this year’s most luxury calendars.

Yes - really! You can now get paid to test luxury Christmas calendars. And you get to keep all the goodies inside each one.

The role will involve testing out five calendars worth over £1,000 in total and getting paid £300 to rate and review each one.

Which premium calendars will you be paid to test?

What will the job entail?

As part of the job you will be required to: 

• Test out all five luxury calendars

• Rate each calendar out of 10 (based on various factors; including, how festive it made you feel, the quality of the products included, and the quality of the packaging)

• Review each one - give details on how festive did it make you feel and how excited you were to open each door

• Share all your feedback on 24th December

What are the desired skills for the job?

BEAUTY PIE is looking for the ultimate Christmas lover for this role; somebody who goes all out for the big day every single year. The following skills and expertise would be advantageous for the role:

• You’re the family member who wakes everyone else up on the morning of the 25th 

• Familiar with lots of different types of Christmas calendars beyond the traditional chocolate offerings 

• Must be a fan of beauty and skincare - from acids to vitamin C skincare

• A luxe-lover - as all the seasonal countdowns included will be super luxury 

• You’ll have an infectious love of the festive period
