How to use
Use candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Extinguish if flame becomes enlarged. Candle may produce some soot. To minimise this, regularly trim the wick to 0.5cm. Discontinue use when 1.5cm of wax remains. Allow wax to cool and harden, remove from the container and dispose with household waste. Do not use metal objects to clean out wax. Do not wash or dispose spent wax down the drain.
When you first light the candle, allow it to burn long enough so that the wax melts to the very edges. This helps avoid any tunnelling.
Extinguish any candle that smokes excessively. Don't let a candle burn for more than four consecutive hours.

Trim the wick
Before lighting your Beauty Pie candle, we recommend you trim the wick to no longer than 5mm. By shortening the wick, you allow it to burn more slowly and evenly, helping to mitigate any smoke marks around the edge of the glass.
Realign the wick
After extinguishing your candle, and once the wax has cooled slightly, you can re-centre and straighten the wick to ensure an even burn.
